Global Moderators:

Will be my go to guys when I go away for a while and can’t keep up with everything. You will be in charge of deleting death threads, making sure rules aren’t broken, keeping the site running smothly, getting ideas to attract new members, as well as all the jobs of the Moderator.

Moderators:

Will go around making sure that forum rules are not broken and that things are running smoothly. You are not to abuse your power. Also friendliness is a must. You need to have patients when dealing with members. Make sure that if post are abot PG-13 it says so in the thread title. High Activity is a must! They will also edit posts for grammer and spelling.

Graphic Designer:

This person will be the people who are in charge of fulfilling members graphics request. High Activity is a must! They will also be taking care of all of the forums graphics problems. Logo, on/off icons etc. They keep our site looking fresh.

Offical Advisers:

These people work in the Teen Help Center and will advise others who seem to be having problems with parents, relationships, ect. A high level of activity is a must!


Offical Advertiser:

The Advertiser does just that, advertise. He or she is in charge of making sure we have a nice number of members and that number keeps growing. A very vital job!

To become a staff member, you must submit a request for a postition to the Site Manager, Tom, as well as a resume and reasons why you should be hired.
